In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange for a defective product you must email within 2 days of the product being delivered at the address specified in the order. Upon receipt of your email, we will act promptly and accordingly make a replacement and deliver it to you. If the replacement item is not available, we shall provide an alternative option or a full purchase price refund.
Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, have missing parts or accessories, are defective.
Return will be processed only if:

We encourage our esteemed customers to buy mindfully to minimise returns and the consequent environmental impact. Our products are normally checked by the QC team before stocking in inventory and dispatch. We support women’s groups , artisan groups for many of the products we offer on the site. Some products are crafted from vintage/assorted materials. Due to which product colour/print may not be as per the image. This would be specified in the listing including dimensions of the product. We request and encourage all our customers to please read the product details in the shop before making the purchase. We, as a team, are focused on on-ground social work, mentoring our producer groups. We would like to focus our energies on social work rather than processing returns for non-quality/subjective reasons. The understanding and support of our customers in this regard is requested.
We used third party courier services or India Post for delivery of the orders. While every effort is made to deliver products at the earliest - due to external circumstances in various places ( e.g strike, lockdown, flood etc) delivery may be impacted. This is not a deficiency of service.
Returns for non-quality reasons - size, colour, print, delivery date etc - the customer will need to send the product(s) back to our premises by prepaid courier within 7 days of receipt of the package at the delivery address specified by them. Products received after that may not qualify for refund or re-courier back to the sender.
Based on receipt of the delivered product back to our premises in good and saleable condition the refund will be issued in 21 days from the receipt of the product.
